Montserratian Achieves National Student Honor Award in the US

BRADES, Montserrat – Ms. Randelle Riley has been named among the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) 2010 National Student Honor Award Winners.

The ASCP National Student Honor Award recognizes future laboratory professionals. Recipients of the 2010 Honor Award are student members of ASCP, have a minimum GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale, and demonstrate strong leadership and community service participation.

Randelle is the daughter of Randolph and Hazel Riley of Olveston. In St. Kitts, she graduated from Seventh-day Adventist Primary School, the Basseterre Senior High School and the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College and then went on to the Northern Caribbean University in Jamaica in 2005. She transferred to the US in 2008.

She is presently completing her period of internship in Alabama ahead of her graduation on August 1st from Andrews University in Michigan.
