BRADES – The new financial year which begins April 2015 will see changes to the senior management team of the Government of Montserrat, according to news reaching Discover Montserrat.
Chief Human Resource Office Daphne Cassell is to move to the Ministry of Agriculture, while former PS of Agriculture Mrs. Chelsea Gerald is to head the Premier/Cabinet Secretariat offices. A secretary to the Cabinet will also be appointed. Acting Cabinet Secretary Angela Estwick will return to her substantive post as Director of Policy & Planning.
There is expected to be other senior management changes and promotions announced in the coming weeks.
