SALEM – Students and staff at the Montserrat Secondary School remembered Teacher Annya Duncan today in a special general assembly.

Miss Duncan was one of three people who died in the October 7, 2012 crash of a Fly Montserrat plane on Antigua.

The former math and science teacher was originally from Jamaica but left an indelible mark on the students and staff at the local high school.

Students planted a tree in her honour and also planted a second as a symbol of breast cancer awareness.
