Football Association Hosting Skills Tournament This Sunday

Boys and girls in the national football programme will get a chance to show off what they’ve been learning to their family and football fans this Sunday.
The Montserrat Football Association will be hosting its first Skills Tournament at the Blake’s Football Complex from 4:30 to 7:30PM.
According to the MFA, the activity is a unique opportunity for the children to showcase their football skills and further empower them beyond the pitch.
Parents, guardians, friends and football lovers are encouraged to attend the tournament. Scheduled skills events include juggling, coordination exercises and accurate shooting exercises.
The age groups are Boys & Girls 8-12 years old in the Elite Grassroots, Boys 10-14 years (Elites), Boys 15-18 (Elites) and Girls 12-18 (Elites).
They will compete for first, second and third place medals.
