The Theatre gods have smiled on us and Montserrat will have a rare opportunity to enjoy some proper theatrics in the house built for that purpose.
On Saturday, October 29, the Montserrat Arts Council (MAC) will present One Night Three Plays in a special gala evening.
A regular run of the performance will take place on Sunday, October 30.
Both performances will be held at the Montserrat Cultural Centre and start promptly at 7PM.
The three plays are Poof by Lynn Nottage and will star Lorraine Lewis and Beth Breuer. Bother are songbirds so we hope to hear some singing as well.
The Impossible Situation by Cicely Waite-Smith stars Norene Brade, Marjorie Smith, and Kenneth ‘Rabo’ Silcott.
Mamaguy by Freddie Kissoon features the youngbloods – Theodore Phillip, Darion Darroux, Calvin Lewis, Jamilia Greenaway and Sharese Allen.
