ZJB Radio Montserrat is reporting that Hon. Member of Parliament David Osborne was sworn in on Thursday as the new Minister of Agriculture, Lands, Housing & The Environment.
The portfolio had been without a minister since last Friday, when Hon. MP Claude Hogan was removed from the post. No reason was given for the firing.
It was also announced Thursday, that the Ministry of Agriculture Headquarters will be operating from its permanent location in Brades from Thursday September 28th, 2017.
In the meantime, persons accessing the services of the Ministry Headquarters and Trade are asked to visit the Physical Planning Unit from Monday September 25th to Wednesday September 27th, 2017 or call 491- 6795.
