Chef Toni James Brings Home Prize From Antigua & Barbuda Culinary Competition

Congratulations to Toni James of Olveston House, who was one of the top finishers of the Antigua and Barbuda National Culinary & Bartending Competition, held July 5 – 7, 2019.

James created a pastry, which won her the category. She finished in second place overall in the dessert segment.

Her participation in the competition was made possible by the Montserrat Tourism Division, which provided her transportation costs. The Antigua & Barbuda Ministry of Tourism provided accommodations for the competitors.
