Getting to Montserrat

Where is Montserrat?

Montserrat is a hidden gem in the Caribbean, tucked between Antigua and Guadeloupe in the West Indies. Often called the “Emerald Isle of the Caribbean” for its lush green hills and Irish heritage, this British Overseas Territory offers a unique blend of natural beauty, warm hospitality, and untamed adventure. From black sand beaches to hiking trails around a live volcano, Montserrat is perfect for travellers seeking authenticity, tranquillity, and unforgettable experiences off the beaten path.

Getting Here by Air

Getting to this island paradise is a journey made seamless and accessible through the VC Bird International Airport, in neighbouring Antigua and Princess Juliana International Airport in St. Maarten. Both airports are served by most major regional and international airlines, ensuring that the beauty of Montserrat is just a flight away.

Travel to Montserrat is provided daily from Antigua by two airlines with seven-seater aircraft.

Winair offers direct flights from St. Maarten three days a week on 19-seater aircraft. From Friday, December 12, 2025 to January 1, 2026, Winair will fly between Montserrat and Antigua, three days per week on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
