The Montserrat Arts Council, in association with the Montserrat National Trust, will host MAC4: A local Art Exhibition from Monday 4th December, 2017. The exhibition, which has become a much anticipated part of the Festival line-up, will run for the duration of Festival, closing on January 2nd, 2018.
MAC4 is a celebration of Montserrat’s visual artists and will feature four more creatives. This year’s artists are Kirk Brade, Susan Edgecombe, Thanendran Singarajah and Valbaun Galloway.
This year, the Arts Council is happy to partner with Goldenmedia to host the exhibition. Goldenmedia is a media strategy firm which has launched popular brands including Emerald Vibes TV and Discover Montserrat, the island’s leading digital platform on news and information.
“The Montserrat Arts Council has found four very different talents to feature this year and we are very proud to support this event. MAC4 has become a much-anticipated experience that has added dimension to the annual festival,†said Nerissa Golden, Director of Goldenmedia.
The exhibition will be open for public viewing on weekdays from 9AM to 4PM at the Montserrat National Trust in Salem. There is no admission fee.
