The new Governor, Andy Pearce, accompanied by his wife, Pornpun Pearce, will arrive in Montserrat by charter flight late on Wednesday 31 January. They will be accompanied by their daughter, Pim, who will be visiting Montserrat. They will be met on arrival by Her Excellency the Acting Governor, Lyndell Simpson, the Honourable Premier, Donaldson Romeo, and the Commissioner of Police, Steve Foster.
Mr. Pearce’s swearing in as Governor will take place at the Montserrat Cultural Centre on Thursday February 1. A separate public notice about this will be issued once the details have been confirmed.
