BRADES – Six ladies will vie for the title of Miss Cultural Montserrat this Thursday at the Cultural Centre.
The event organized by the Montserrat Nurses Association features Miss Jamaica Kelleen Pinnock, Miss Montserrat Adena Morson, Miss Nevis Joya Sweeney, Miss Antigua & Barbuda Demelza Riley and Miss Guyana Abegail Pollard.
Entertainment Chairperson Nurse Maureen Cabey-Lee says the aim of the pageant is to build cultural connections and showcase the talent, intelligence, poise, charm and versatility of the ladies.
Each delegate will make six appearances throughout the evening.
The winner will receive a laptop and a roundtrip airline tickets for two to Antigua.
Meanwhile Ben Durand walked away with first place in the second annual Talent Search on Tuesday evening. Candace Malone was second and Liange Paulino was third. The competition was also sponsored by the Montserrat Nurses Association and held at The Lyme in Ryan’s Complex.
