1-23-16-HeritageQuayImprovement works are currently ongoing at the ferry terminal at Heritage Quay on Antigua.

According to the Hon. Minister of Tourism Donaldson Romeo, the project “places the ticketing facility alongside Immigration and Customs, and provides for seating in excess of 100” people with ample space for baggage handling.

The work was delayed by the Christmas period but is scheduled to be completed by the end of January.

The minister noted that visitors coming for the St. Patrick’s festival in March will experience greater comfort and ease when traveling to and from Montserrat.

Similar work is to get on the way to improve baggage space and handling, passenger reception and departure areas at the Little Bay Ferry Terminal in Little Bay and should be completed before March.
