CUSTOMER SERVICE/ RECOVERIES OFFICER
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the post of Customer Service/Recoveries Officer.
Qualifications and Experience
The applicants must have:
Have a minimum of Two (2) CAPE A ‘level subject passes in business related subjects to include (Economics, Accounting & Management of Business)
An Associate’s Degree in Business Studies, Finance or Banking will be an asset.
Previous experience in a similar or related position will be an asset
Be computer literate with basic proficiency in Microsoft office Suite.
Customer oriented with a pleasant disposition.
Have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
