BEIJING – Fans of Julius Morris, Montserrat’s athlete at the Beijing installation of the World Championships were glued to their televisions and mobile devices to watch his 200M Heat on Tuesday, August 25, 2015.
It was expected to be a formidable race being three lanes away from the world record holder Usain Bolt of Jamaica.
Morris did not qualify to go on to the second round as his time of 20:51 was not fast enough to do so.
However, Montserrat is cheering him on and he definitely one to watch as he continues to improve with every competition.
