Haley-Shai Kassie, a student at the St Augustine Primary School has won another regional competition.
She was recently named as winner of the creative writing top spot for ages 8-10 in the Caribbean Tourism Organisation (CTO) competition for primary school students.
She was one of three young Montserratians who made the top 12.
For her win, she will receive a certificate and an all expense paid trip for her and a parental chaperone to an upcoming CTO event on St. Kitts.
