A 10-member team heads to the Australia for Gold Coast 2018: XXI Commonwealth Games, today.

Travelling to the games are athletes Julius Morris, Lester Ryan, Shernyl Burns, AJ Lee, Jahmarie Lee, Darren Morson and Lavon Allen.
15-year-old Johmarie Lee told Discover Montserrat that he is very excited to be representing Montserrat in the Commonwealth Games. He will be competing in the 100m and 100m relays.
Lavon Allen is the son of parents of Montserratian parentage and this will be his first time representing Montserrat. Allen is a long jump competitor with a personal best of 8m.
