The Access Division in the Office of the Premier announced that the airline ticket subsidy which ended October 31, 2024, has been extended for another month until November 30.
The ticket subsidy applies EC$200 to a single journey via air for both local airlines. This is an effort to reduce the high cost of travel as there is no longer a ferry service to provide an alternative.
Customers who already have confirmed bookings before the implementation of this initiative will need to send a refund request via email to the Access Division with their ticket receipt, itinerary and photo ID. Customers should also indicate their preferred payment method.
