I am glad to see that Her Excellency agreed with my recommendation for their promotions.
This is all part of the RMDF plan to strengthen the Force’s ability to respond to the needs of the island. Just a few months ago Lieutenant Glenroy Foster successfully completed the Junior Officers Staff Course in Belize where he placed overall 2nd . While Sergeant Deverson Semper completed the Junior Non-Commission Officer All Arms Drill Instructor’s Course also in Belize.
Let me again express my personal congratulations to both of the new Officers. The Royal Montserrat Defence Force is a growing organisation.”
