It was a record-breaking day for the athletes of the Montserrat Secondary School as they held their inter-house sport meet on Wednesday, April 17 at the Little Bay Field.
After beginning the day in second place, Blue House steadily gained on Green and took over the lead and never looked back. Red and Orange House retained their third and fourth place positions throughout the day, never being able to break the 500 point mark as did Green and Blue House.
At the end of the day, scores were as follows:
Blue – 580 | Green – 549 | Red – 480 | Orange – 447
A total of 11 new records were made in the relays and 100M races.
A new 4x100m Senior Boys record was set by the team of Dwight Lee, Kimari Kirnon, Adonyjah Daley, and Seigel Rodney with a time of 48:43.
