Soca Monarch is back.
The Montserrat Festival Committee is pleased to announce the return of the Soca Monarch Competition for 2016.
In an effort to bring a festive soundtrack to our 2016 Festival programming, a decision was made to include the Soca Monarch competition which was previously produced by Punch & Get Out.
The competition is slated for December 26th , 2016.
