BRADES – According to the United States Social Services Department, Montserrat as a name for girls is growing in popularity.
The report shows two spellings of the name: Montserrat and Monserrat.
In 2013 the name Montserrat was ranked 1153, but jumped to 571 in 2014, which is 582 placed leap.
The name Monserrat was ranked 1162 and moved to 591 in 2014. That is a jump of 571 places.
Names which are no longer very popular include the names of several notable pop singers: Miley, Rihanna, and Britney.
