On Saturday March 26th the Montserrat Children’s Society is presenting its first ‘Taste of India’ fundraising event.
Her Excellency Governor Carriere has opened her residence to host this dinner which includes crispy samosas, aromatic rice bowls, an array of seasoned meat and vegetable curries, and fresh naan or Indian Roti.
Dinner tickets cost $75 and are available at JavaLava Art Cafe, Victor’s Supermarket or through any member of the Society.
All proceeds go directly to programmes aiding the care and development of young children in Montserrat.
