The Access Division, under the portfolio of the Office of the Premier, has announced some slight changes to the Ferry Service schedule for Friday, September 20, 2019 as a result of Hurricane Jerry, which is expected to pass to the north of Montserrat.
Travelers are asked to note that there will be no Day Tour Service tomorrow Friday, September 20, 2019. The Ferry will depart Montserrat at 06:00 am to Antigua and return to Montserrat in the evening, departing Antigua at 7:00 pm.
The Access Division said this is a precautionary measure in case the wave patterns are higher than anticipated.
The rest of the weekend is expected to be stable but the Access Division will continue to monitor the weather conditions and give further updates if there are any significant changes.
