Word reaching us at Discover says Miss Montserrat Sharissa Ryan won the talent segment at the Miss Global International Pageant.
The reigning Miss Montserrat and Miss Caribbean Jaycees also made it to the top ten of the pageant which was held over several days in Trinidad & Tobago.
Almost 20 delegates from across the globe were judged in several segments including national costume, evening gown and intellect. The competition commenced with the swimsuit segment last Monday evening and was followed by the talent segment on Thursday evening.
The interview segment was conducted on Friday morning.
The grand coronation was held at the Couva Chamber of Commerce convention centre. Taking home the 2015 crown was Miss Australia, Miss Jamaica was first runner-up and Miss Guyana second runner-up.
