Special Air Charters For Passengers

The Access Division announced late Wednesday that due to the absence of the regular ferry service because of rough sea conditions, special charters are being organised for Thursday.

There will be six Islander charter flights in the morning and three Twin Otter flights in the afternoon to accommodate passengers who were not able to make it to Montserrat on Wednesday’s ferry.

Montserrat is expected to be challenged by rough seas into the weekend. On Wednesday, the Jaden Sun ferry docked in Plymouth with 79 passengers as they were unable to dock at Little Bay.

Passengers are asked to report to the V.C Bird International Airport for 6.30 AM to be processed. Passengers in Antigua are asked to call 1 664 392 0557 for further details.
