Montserrat takes on Curacao in World Cup Qualifiers

Montserrat’s national football team is presently training for two upcoming matches which could see the victors qualifying for World Cup 2018.

This Friday, March 27th the team which comprises players based primarily in the United Kingdom and Europe will play Curacao at the Ergilio Hato Stadium.

They will then travel to Montserrat for the second game on Tuesday, March 31 at the Blakes Football field.

Montserrat is now ranked 170th in the FIFA rankings while Curacao ranked at 160. Coach Lenny Hewlet is expected to decide on the players before Friday night’s game.
