PARIS, France – The Prime Minister of St. Lucia Dr. Kenny Anthony spoke with Desmond Brown on the sidelines of the UN Climate Change Conference (COP21).
He said while the on-going negotiations as “very intense and very complex” he believes there are some important signals and opportunities.
