EU Grants of €10,000 for Projects in the Creative Sector

Are you in fashion or another creative industry and want to take your idea to the next level? The European Union’s WORTH Partnership Programme is offering grants of €10,000 to help take innovative projects forward.
Eligible projects must bring together two or three small or medium-sized enterprises or individuals from at least two EU 28 countries including Anguilla, Aruba, Bonaire, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Curaçao, Montserrat, Saba, Saint-Barthélemy, Sint Eustatius, Sint Maarten, and Turks and Caicos Islands.
The call closes on 24th October 2018.
The aim of the WORTH programme is to set up collaborations between fashion designers, creative people and manufacturing enterprises (SMEs) and technology firms from different countries to develop innovative products in the creative industry sector.

Eligible sectors are: textiles, clothing, footwear, leather products and other fashion and high-end products and accessories such as jewellery, furniture and home decoration.
Successful applicants will also be given coaching and advice and the opportunity participate in two international fairs.
To apply, you can either be an established Small Medium sized Enterprise (SME), a start-up, self-employed or a professional freelancer.
Eligible SME companies must be legally established for at least six months prior to the application deadline.
Self-employed applicants must be legally established from the start and throughout their partnership project, according to the law of each participating country.
Partnerships must involve two or three partners with different profiles:

  • Designers; self-employed professionals, design labs, and start-ups.
  • Makers; crafters and SME manufacturers.
  • Technology firms; innovators, tech labs, tech providers and start-ups.

Those interested but who do not have a partner, can also search for one during the online application process.
Remember: Apply before 24th October 2018.
